Welcome to Date and love! This is the first article for the first day of this website.

The idea of this site is to bring people together to talk about dating and relationships, which is challenging for experienced peopled, much less those who don't get out much. In meeting people over the years, discussing relationships with both men and women, having a shoulder cried on or on someone else's... I thought it would be great to allow others to share their stories, opinions and advice in something that is important to most of us.

We'll try to cover all aspects of getting and having a relationship with another person, hence we include homosexual, teens and even parents here.

I'm pretty good about having an open discussion here on many of the topics that are important to people. But, attacking someone for their beliefs, race, sexual orientation or anything else is not welcomed and can result with the account removed and banned. So, going into a homosexual forum and saying rude or off topic posts is a no-no. Our forums are open, so maybe a hetro person has a question to ask gay people or visa-versa. Yes, I've gotten some interesting advice from a gay friend, and I've given advice to a gay boy about relationship issues... which afterwards, its the same issues any man or woman can have. We are ALL human, we all have desires and feelings.

For users at ages 13~17, we have a section for them (or you). This is important to bring the facts of life to teenagers. Helpful advice and important warnings about the dangers of meeting people online and even in real life. How to deal with emotions and with parents.

Since this is a very new site, born on April 10, 2011, feel free to send suggestions in our forums. We are currently adding stickies and individual forum rules, so bare with us as we get our ship in order.
